Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy explains how DreamHR-Ai Inc. ("DreamHR-Ai," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, use our cloud services, or interact with us as a customer, partner, or job applicant.

1. Scope & roles
This policy applies to dreamhr.ai and related marketing sites, customer portals, and support channels operated by DreamHR-Ai Inc.
When a business customer deploys DreamHR-Ai to monitor employee activity on work devices, the customer is typically the data controller for employee data and DreamHR-Ai acts as a processor/service provider under contract. Employee-facing notices should be provided by the employer; we supply template language and configuration guidance.
2. Information we collect
Website & marketing
- Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, company)
- Demo and trial registration information
- Newsletter preferences
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy)
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps
Customer account & billing
- Administrator names, emails, roles
- Billing contacts and payment metadata (processed by payment providers)

Workforce monitoring data (customer-controlled)
Depending on configuration, the platform may process: login/session times, active and idle periods, application and website titles or URLs (often categorized), productivity scores, attendance events, optional Live View signals during shifts, and device identifiers.
We do not require customers to enable invasive features. Customers choose policies aligned with local law.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR applies to DreamHR-Ai as controller (e.g., website leads), we rely on consent, contract, legitimate interests (balanced against rights), or legal obligation as appropriate.
For employee monitoring data processed on behalf of customers, the customer's lawful basis (often legitimate interests or legal obligation in employment context) must be established by the customer. We assist with DPIAs and records of processing.
6. International transfers
DreamHR-Ai is based in Canada. Data may be processed in Canada, the United States, the European Union, or other regions where we or subprocessors operate.
We implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures for transfers from the EEA/UK where applicable.
7. Retention
Marketing leads are retained while relevant and deleted on request or after inactivity periods defined in our CRM practices.
Customer workforce data retention is configurable by the customer within contractual limits; defaults are documented in the admin console. Backups roll off on scheduled cycles.
8. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards described in our Security Policy. No method of transmission is 100% secure; customers must protect administrator credentials and endpoint policies.
9. Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, portability, and withdraw consent. Employees should generally contact their employer first for workforce data; we will assist controllers with verified requests.
California residents may have additional rights under CPRA. Canadian residents may have rights under PIPEDA. We do not sell personal information for money.
