How we hire
Our process typically includes recruiter screen, hiring manager conversation, skills exercise relevant to the role (take-home or live), and team interview. We provide interview outlines in advance.
We do not use employee monitoring on candidates or employ deceptive practices. We ask for feedback after interviews to improve.
