Our platform replaces guesswork and intrusive tools (always-on webcam, random screenshots, opaque keylogging) with aggregated activity, goals, and shift-aware features like Live View.

Our story

DreamHR-Ai began in 2020 when distributed work accelerated overnight. Customers told us they needed attendance and productivity signals, but their teams rejected traditional monitoring as toxic.

We partnered with HR, IT, and operations leaders to design a "green" monitoring model: collect what matters for operations, minimize sensitive capture, and document everything for audits.

Today we serve professional services, healthcare admin, contact centers, technology companies, and regulated industries that must balance oversight with HIPAA, GDPR, GLBA, and SOC 2 expectations.
